Sword Fight!

Last summer, our neighbor lady was selling oodles of these flowery umbrellas at her garage sale. Seriously. I don't know if she subscribed to an Umbrella of the Month club or what, but my kids each bought one and didn't even make a dent in her collection. Through the summer, they actually served their purpose as umbrellas. At some point, though, the kids started using them for making shelters when they'd play in the yard and apparently they were not made to stand up to this kind of treatment. So, it's not surprising that they morphed into another sort of toy as well...
